Calling FHTM Rep Support

When I called the number (859-422-7008) the machine said it would be a 13 minute wait.  Part of the problem is that I thought the hours where limited; however, the are are opened from 8:30AM to 8:30PM Monday through Friday (https://www.fhtmcentral.com/contacts.aspx).  It would be really nice if they were open Saturday.  The person ask for all the verification inform and than ask who I was.  She than told me that Dolores didn't have me listed and she could not discuss the account with me.  I ask if I could ask some hypothetical questions.  She agreed and I was able to get my questions answered. 

How much does it cost to setup the office assistant?   $20 for setup and $25 per month.  Don't do something, that drop yours points and causes you to loss

Do you have to have the office assistant to sign people up?  No, you can go through the FHTM central site (https://www.fhtmcentral.com/default.aspx).  However, you don't have access to the customer site (http://www.fhtmus.com/Default.aspx) without office assistant.
